Who I Recommend: The Top Balloon Artists in Singapore (2026)

Singapore has a genuinely talented balloon art scene. These are the balloon artists I have worked alongside and can personally vouch for in 2026.

People often ask me who else they should consider for their event, and I love that question. The balloon art scene in Singapore is small, which means most of us know each other, have shared the same stages and event halls, and have watched each other work up close.

So this is not a neutral list pulled off a search page. These are artists I have personally crossed paths with over the years, whose skill, professionalism, and commitment to the craft I can vouch for first hand. They each bring something different, so rather than rank them, I have written what each one is genuinely great at.

Jocelyn Ng (Jocelyn Balloons)

Jocelyn is one of the most established names in the scene, and deservedly so. She founded Jocelyn Balloons in 2009 pursuing balloon art full-time. She starting out busking before building into children's parties, schools, and large corporate work.

Her track record is hard to match. She has showcased her balloon art at the Prime Minister's residence four years running and holds a Singapore Book of Records entry for the longest balloon dress sculpture, and her work reaches well beyond our shores, including a hand built giant installation at ITEX 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.

Our art and performance styles are so drastically to the extent that she wow's me until today. I have her on whatsapp and so should you.

Joseph (Joseph Balloons)

If interaction is what matters most for your event, Joseph is who I would send you to. I have seen the way both kids and adults light up around him, and the stories of him going beyond what was agreed to make guests happy are entirely true to who he is.

That people first energy is the whole heart of live sculpting. A finished balloon is lovely, but the moment a child watches it being made just for them is the part they actually keep. Joseph leans fully into that, which makes him a brilliant fit for birthday parties and family events.

That Balloons

That Balloons brings together a roster of artists and has built its name on high profile events. Their work has featured at occasions including the Sultan of Brunei's birthday celebration and an Instagram anniversary, and they have appeared on Channel 8 and Channel U.

For something large or prestige facing, they have the team and the event exposure to handle it well, and I am always happy to see their work out in the field.

They do have a team of balloon artist but the one I've worked with over the years is Chin Bee so do look for her if you're keen on engaging them!

Bryan (bryanbe.com)

In the interest of being upfront, this is my own site, so here is the honest version. I am one of the few balloon artists in Singapore to hold the title of Certified Balloon Artist from the Qualatex Balloon Network, and a Guinness World Record holder. My own work leans toward sculptural, detailed pieces using premium balloons and iridescent finishes.

A special mention: Macaroni Twists

Every scene needs new talent coming through, and my budding artist to watch in 2026 is Aaron from Macaroni Twists.

Aaron is early in his journey, but he already has the two things that matter most: a genuinely warm, energetic presence with kids, and a fast growing range that runs from animals and flowers to detailed characters like Miffy, Baymax, and Pikachu. He is available for birthday parties, school events, and community celebrations across Singapore. I love seeing artists put in the work this early, and he is one to support.
